In Utica?????

Apparently the local cinema has 6 screens devoted to the midnight screening of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. They sold out. All of them. Before noon today.

I wasn't trying to go, but OMG!!! In UTICA???

I hate to say this, but in a town where there is not much going on other than torching building for copper pipe, Harry Potter has to be rather thrilling. Now things might have changed since I lived there but as I recall the highlight of social calendar in Utica was the Christmas party at Rhiago's. (and torching buildings for the copper pipe.)

I was thinking about going here but it really is too late for my total paying attention factor.

Instead I will go tomorrow morning : )

Per the website, at this moment, the Nazareth theater has sold out five and is onto its sixth 12:01 showing.

Not sure yet. Still need to negotiate. :)

Fandango must be slammed. I *think* we've purchased tickets. The website is apologetically not letting me sign back on and there's nothing in my in box yet.

Harry Potter at MIdnight
should have checked norwich, I took Mathieu to Norwich, at 2350 and it was ok, they do not sell tickets previous to the show and it is a "Hometown theatre" but they had it :) no details today Grant is going to see it today with a freind. Friend couldn't go at midnight. I think Mathieu enjoyed being special and Michael REALLY DOESN"T need to see it.
